哥哥今天去買特價食品，外帶回家與家人享用，謝謝哥哥!兩種我都覺得好吃。

My first son went to buy the daily special to go, enjoying with family. Both tasted.

我的先生，喜歡游泳，也游得好，他鼓勵我游泳運動，我兩個兒子，也游得不錯，我自己游得不太好，體力不足，換氣也不順。在台灣，我和家人經常一起游泳，社區有游泳池，中大也有，感謝社區及中大。

寫下一首簡短的文句，懷念往日生活的片段，紀念社區友人的服務以及中大游泳池的細心維護。

Swimming Beginner

Warm-up,

Head turn, wrist loosen,

Arms stretching, lift up and down,

Legs flexing, knee bend, hip swirl, bare feet active,

Repeat actions for 10-20 mins.

Hold the rail,

Back turn,

Feet touch the water,

The body goes into the pool,

Adjust and relax,

Feet movement, arm open.

Body floating,

Hold a breath in the water,

Body move ahead.

Take a breath in the air,

Apply with arms and legs interaction.

Supine balance, frog style, freestyle,

Up to your learning.
