我的先生,喜歡游泳,也游得好,他鼓勵我游泳運動,我兩個兒子,也游得不錯,我自己游得不太好 ,體力不足,換氣也不順。在台灣,我和家人經常一起游泳,社區有游泳池,中大也有,感謝社區及中大。

Swimming Beginner
Warm-up,
Head turn, wrist loosen,
Arms stretching, lift up and down,
Legs flexing, knee bend, hip swirl, bare feet active,
Repeat actions for 10-20 mins.
Hold the rail,
Back turn,
Feet touch the water,
The body goes into the pool,
Adjust and relax,
Feet movement, arm open.
Body floating,
Hold a breath in the water,
Body move ahead.
Take a breath in the air,
Apply with arms and legs interaction.
Supine balance, frog style, freestyle,
Up to your learning.
